Terms of Use

Private Vault provides personal photo and video storage. You are responsible for the media you choose to upload, for having the right to store it, and for keeping your device and sign-in details secure.

FREE PLAN

The free plan permits up to five photo uploads.

PAID PLANS

Each paid plan is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your the app store on your device account when you confirm the purchase. The displayed price and billing period apply. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your the app store on your device account settings before renewal.

STORAGE LIMITS AND CHANGES

Uploads may be blocked when you reach your plan limit. You can delete media or upgrade your plan. If a paid plan expires, existing media is retained for a reasonable period, but new uploads and paid features may be unavailable until you renew or reduce usage.

AVAILABILITY AND DATA

We aim to provide a reliable service, but no cloud service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of important media. Private Vault does not claim ownership of your content.
